As part of your monthly price, the Trooper team will go through your website to verify that everything is in working order. If your platform or plug-ins need to be updated, we update them. In addition we’ll perform daily backups and monitor it 24/7 to make sure your website stays up and running. Each time we do this, we send you a complete report of our findings and any work that we have completed.
At any time, if you need something updated, upgraded, reworded, fixed or just changed – you let us know. Submit the requests through your personal dashboard, through chat, or even via a video or voice call. Whatever works best for you. A personal Client Agent will help translate those needs into actionable tasks along with an inexpensive flat rate for each task.
Your ‘Monthly Rate’ depends on how often We’re checking your website and keeping everything up to date. Each month you’ll pay a flat fee based on that frequency.
Your ‘Task Rate’ is used based on additional requests You have for Us each month. Some months you might need a lot, some months nothing at all. Each task is broken down and assigned a Complexity Rating (CR) from 1-10 CR, with most tasks between 1 and 4 CR. You pay a flat fee for each task based on that CR.
